Deadlines for SPAC2027
- February 1, 2027, midnight – Registration open
- March 1, 2027, midnight – Registration deadlines
- March 12, 2027, midnight – Optional review of costumes, music, or form information by the SPSF. Fee: 10.- per athlete/performance for all files (music/costumes/forms) by a member of the SPAC organizing committee (link above “SPSF Review”).
- March 31, 2027, midnight – Deadline for mandatory element forms, technical bonus, artistic form, music, and, only mandatory for Artistic disciplines, photos of costumes and accessories.
Due to the limited capacity of SPAC 2027 (maximum 180 athletes), registrations will be managed according to the following priorities:
- Registration priority: Elite and Professional divisions (Pole Sport), as well as Professional and Semi-professional divisions (Artistic) have priority over Amateur divisions.
- Recommendation for first-time competitors: if you are competing for the first time, we recommend gaining initial experience at a PACA or PAC’Art event (paca.sport) before registering for SPAC.
- If demand exceeds capacity: athletes outside the World Championship qualifying divisions may be limited to one performance/entry (by sport) per person.
Notification regarding coaches
As part of the structured and sustainable development of our disciplines, the SPSF is implementing a system to recognise coach certifications. The goal is to promote a safe, consistent and high-quality practice, to value athletes’ coaching by trained individuals, and to support healthy long-term athlete development.
2026 and 2027 will be a phase of implementation and transition: measures related to certified coaches will be applied as recommendations, giving everyone enough time to get informed, organise themselves and, if needed, begin the recognition process.
From 2028 onwards, it will no longer be possible to register for the SPAC and the IPSF OFF-Season without being supported by an SPSF-certified coach. This step aims to strengthen the quality of the competition experience, prevent risk situations, and continue to grow our sports in a spirit of care, responsibility and gradual professionalisation.
