Cancellation of the 2026 Off-Season

The Swiss Pole & Aerial Sports Federation (SPSF) has announced the cancellation of the OFF-Season, originally scheduled for 3 and 4 October in Lausanne.

During the preparatory phase, the IPSF imposed restrictive conditions on the SPSF regarding the organisation of the event in October. After analysing these conditions, the SPSF committee concluded that they no longer allowed the event to be offered to athletes as originally announced, nor did they allow the event to be organised in accordance with the quality standards that the SPSF sets for all its events. The committee has therefore decided not to go ahead with the event in this format.

The SPSF recognises the disappointment this cancellation will cause for athletes currently in training. Entry fees will be refunded; each registered athlete will be contacted individually in the coming days.

The SPSF remains fully committed to providing performance opportunities for its athletes. A further announcement will follow shortly.
